A resident is a person who can provide acceptable evidence of his permanent address in Bartow County. A library card will be issued to a patron with a completed application form and a driver's license or non-driver's I.D. with his current Bartow County address or two pieces of documentation from the following list. One item must show the patron's current address in Bartow County. A post office box does not prove residency.

Checks with current address
Rental receipts or lease
County property tax receipt
