Literacy
The Bartow County Public Library offers varied programs and services to help the community to increase literacy rates. There are English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes, Learning English computer programs, GED computer programs, and other computer driven educational courses.
- ESL Classes - English as a Second Language classes are held at the library concurrent with the school year.
- Lit Lab Materials - collection of materials which usually are multi-media
- ESL Computers - Computer with English as a Second Language software
