Literacy
ESL Classes
English as a Second Language classes, provided by Chattahoochee Tech, are held at the Cartersville Library throughout the year. Classes are held Mondays from 4 - 6 pm and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4 - 8 pm.
GED
The Library System does not administer the GED test.
The Summerhill Complex, which is part of Chattahoochee Tech, administers the test for Bartow County. They are located on Aubrey Street. 770-387-4038.
GA Work Ready
The GA Work Ready Assessment can be taken through Chattahoochee Technical College.
Practice Tests
Practice tests for the GED, ACT, PSAT, SAT, WorkKeys, and many other exams are available through the Thompson Testing & Education Reference Center Database.
