The Bartow County Public Library has programs and storytimes for children of all ages! Drop in for a fun morning or afternoon of stories and crafts!

Storytimes

Rock and Rhyme Baby Time (Infants – 18 months)
A perfect place to share stories, songs, finger plays and action rhymes with the littlest ones! 
Wednesdays, 10 a.m. - Cartersville

Toddler Time (18 months – 3 years)
Songs, stories and crafts for toddler-aged children. 
Tuesdays, 10 a.m. – Cartersville, Tuesdays, 10:30 a.m. – Adairsville, Tuesdays, 10:30 a.m. – Euharlee

Preschool Storytime (3 to 5 years)
Stories, craft and story fun for preschool children.
Tuesdays, 11 a.m. – Cartersville

Afternoon Adventures (5 and up)
Story, art, craft and drama fun for school-age children.
4th Weds of every month – 3:30 p.m. – Cartersville

Fantastic Fun Programs

Chess Club – (Ages 6 and up)
Children are welcome to come to the library and play against other young chess fans and learn new moves and strategies.  Beginners welcome! 
3rd Tuesday, 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. - Cartersville

Lego Build Day
Build new creations with other Lego fans.
2nd Saturday, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. - Cartersville

Tail Waggin' Tutors
TWT is a special reading program where children come to the library to practice their reading skills by reading to a friendly, therapy dog.  Every child who attends can pick out a free book of their choice. 
3rd Thursday, 4:00 p.m. – Cartersville
