The Bartow County Public Library has a diverse Teen collection with the newest YA Fiction, fascinating non-fiction and a deep graphic novel and magna collection.   In addition, the library offers fun teen programming throughout the year.  All programs listed below are held at the Cartersville Public Library.

The library also features special teen programs at various times during the year, including an extensive Teen Summer Reading Program.  Please check back via the website or our Teen and Library Facebook accounts throughout the year and sign up for our monthly e-lert to stay informed on all of the library happenings.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB) -  2nd Tuesday of every month from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Want to volunteer at the library?   Join the Teen Advisory Board!    The TAB helps plan library programs and is involved with many great library activities throughout the year.    Volunteering at the library is also a great and fun way to get community service hours.  If you are between the ages of 11 and 18 and you would like to make a difference at the library, think about joining T.A.B.!  You can pick up an application at any of our branches or you can download at TAB

Game On! is the library’s monthly gaming extravaganza featuring videogames on the big screen, board games, card games and more!

Book Buddies
The Bartow County Public Library is looking for reading buddies to read to Preschool aged children for the libraries Book Buddies program. The program starts Thursday, January 30th at 4:30 p.m. and meets the last Thursday of the month through April 2014. Volunteer hours will be awarded for participation. Have fun and help promote literacy at the library!
