The Bartow County Public Library has a diverse Teen collection with the newest YA Fiction, fascinating non-fiction and a deep graphic novel and magna collection.   In addition, the library offers fun teen programming throughout the year.  All programs listed below are held at the Cartersville Public Library.

The library also features special teen programs at various times during the year, including an extensive Teen Summer Reading Program.  Please check back via the website or our Teen and Library Facebook accounts throughout the year and sign up for our monthly e-lert to stay informed on all of the library happenings.

The Summer Reading Program starts May 19th! Join us for reading fun all summer long!

How the Reading Program Works:

  • Register for the reading program online and download a bingo and tracking sheet or visit any of our library branches to sign up and pick up a reading log and tracking sheet.
  • Complete any 5 of the activity squares and return to the library for a prize. Color each square as you complete the activity.
  • Complete up to 16 of the squares by July 22nd to be entered in the grand prize drawing. Do all 16 and get a second entry and an additional book of your choice!
  • Each square is a separate activity. Some activities require you to show a checkout receipt to a librarian.
